BrightHeart app for iPhone and iPad

BrightHeart app is an integral part of WellnessMate’s Cardiovascular Health Program. It provides BrightHeart program’s participants with a mobile based health assistant with access to a remote health coach, and integration of their medical, wellness and lifestyle data. It provides a deeply personalized self-care cardiac therapy. Once users enroll into the program, they will be assigned a coach to create a personalized care plan. BrightHeart app then acts as a daily companion to empower participants to pursue optimal heart health one desired behavior at a time.
